Community Lightsaber Classes

We’ve hosted dozens of lightsaber classes over the years, ranging from public parks and libraries, to college campuses and large conventions. Whether you want to become a member or just try something new, we welcome adults and kids (ages 8 and up) to learn Shii-Cho, the first lightsaber form.
Students learn the offensive and defense katas, then practice against an opponent, using the same methods used for new Praxeum members. Foam lightsabers are provided.
For a full “Jedi Training” experience, younglings learn the Jedi Code, chose a kyber crystal, write their name in the Star Wars alphabet, pose with props in a photo booth, or design their own lightsaber from a pool noodle.
